Cancellations are never taken personally and encouraged to do so if needed- in a timely manner. In order to respect everyone’s time and business, you are able to cancel online up to 48 hrs before your scheduled appointment. Cancellations that are 24 hrs or less iof appointment time will be subject to a cancellation fee equal to 100% of service booked. Client will not be able to rebook until cancellation fee is fulfilled. *Please arrive on time to your appointment to ensure everyone's day runs smoothly. *10 mins late will result in an adjustment in services to fit the time allotted- this does NOT mean a price change *15 mins late will count as a no-show and will be charged according to cancellation policy ADJUSTMENT POLICY Prior to your appointment, as well as the very beginning of your appointment, we will discuss your hair goals and what we may be able to accomplish that day. If you have left the salon feeling without the results discussed during our consultation, you will have 5 days to contact me for a correction.
